Tryg has entered into a seven-year, €550 million agreement with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to accelerate a comprehensive digital transformation across its operations in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
According to the companies, the deal will modernise Tryg’s IT landscape, simplify systems and support reinvestment into growth and customer services. The programme includes cloud migration, data and analytics platforms, automation, cybersecurity and core application renewal.
Tryg’s Group CEO Johan Kirstein Brammer said the partnership will help the insurer strengthen competitiveness and deliver better customer experiences in the Nordic market. TCS described the agreement as a strategic step that will provide Tryg with “perpetually adaptive” digital capabilities over the coming years.
The collaboration builds on an existing relationship between the two firms and reflects the increasing scale of digital investments in Europe’s insurance sector. For TCS, the contract underscores its position as a strategic partner for leading financial institutions across the region.
